Custom Construction of Carroll County began operation in 1997 under the management of William Shockey while bringing on his wife Kelli Shockey in 2014.
Located in the small community of Sykesville, Maryland, we enjoy a reputation of bringing a small-town attitude of caring and craftsmanship to each project, but also having professional capabilities surpassing many large-city companies.
We serve a region encompassing Baltimore City, Carroll, Baltimore, Howard, and Anne Arundle counties, providing superior general contractor services on a broad array of building projects.
